We offer Tool Tagging at an affordable $7.50inc gst per tool.
We know and understand your tools create your business so turnaround on your tool repair is a large factor. Our turnaround is approx 1 week depending on parts availability from the suppliers. We will advise if it’ll take more than 2 weeks to repair.

Beyond Tools Service centre comprises of

Service fee quote
(excludes account customers) eg Quote to repair tool
- $25.00inc gst payable in advance on quotation
- $48.00inc gst for rotary hammer drills payable in advance on quotation
- Repairs under $110 will not be quoted and the job will be completed without advising the customer.
- The unit will not be re-assembled unless requested, at additional cost of $20.
- All tool repairs now carry a SUNDRIES CHARGE $5.00
In store service fee eg repairs to powertools/machines etc :$89inc gst per hour.
On site service fee from the time the technician leaves Beyond Tools to when they return back after the job is complete: $89inc gst per hour.
ALL WARRANTY REPAIRS:
Before our service department can look at your tools, you must provide beyond tools with a proof of purchase reciept for warranty purposes. The service technician will not start the repair until a receipt has been submitted.
BEYOND TOOLS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING AND SUPPLYING OF WARRANTY PURCHASE RECIEPTS.
TOOLS NOT COLLECTED
Any tool not collected within 60 days will be disposed of or sold to recoup costs without further notice.
