RETURNS POLICY

ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS:

  • Goods remain the property of beyond tools until payment is received in full.
  • Terms are net 30days.
  • Returns are not accepted after 7 days if you have just changed your mind.
  • Goods returned for credit must be accompanied by a tax invoice and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Goods that are faulty and are claimed within their warranty period must be accompanied by a tax invoice. Beyond tools will validate the claim with associated suppliers and adhere to their policies accordingly.

RETAIL CUSTOMERS:

  • Money back returns are not given if the goods have been used, dropped or damaged in anyway (unless they are faulty).
  • Full money back returns will not be given after 7 days if you have simply changed your mind. After 7 days a in store credit will be issued.
  • We will happily refund you if you change your mind within 7 days as long as the product is a standard line and not a special order, not damaged or broken in anyway.
  • If the product was purchased specifically for a customer and is not a standard beyond tools line, a credit to spend within the store will be issued within the 7 days only. A credit will not be given after the 7 days for change of mind.
  • Goods returned for credit must be accompanied by a tax invoice .
  • Goods that are faulty and are claimed within their warranty period must be accompanied by a tax invoice. Beyond tools will validate the claim with associated suppliers and adhere to their policies accordingly.

 

Service

GENERAL SERVICE FEE: $22.00 inc.gst.

The $22.00 service charge applies to tools out of warranty that we are to inspect at your request. Should the tool not be repaired for any reason and you decide to buy a new one as a replacement (this applies to tools purchased from beyond tools only), the service fee will be deducted from the price of your new purchase.

Service fee: for rotary hammers & impulse & air tools will be $55.00 inc.gst.

ALL WARRANTY REPAIRS:

Before our service department can look at your tools, you must provide beyond tools with a proof of purchase reciept for warranty purposes. The service technician will not start the repair until a reciept has been submitted.

TOOLS NOT COLLECTED

Any tool not collected within 3 months will be destroyed and disposed of.

BEYOND TOOLS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING AND SUPPLYING OF WARRANTY PURCHASE RECIEPTS.
